Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are incurred for each different product and vary by the quantity and product you are ordering.We price shipping this way in order to most accurately reflect actual shipping cost, and therefore keep our product prices competitive for our customers. Shipping/handling costs include the postage based on weight and also the cost of the packaging, order consolidation, verification, and sorting/packaging. We make every effort to ship orders within one to three business days upon recieving your order.We recommend United States Postal Service for shipping. They are economical and efficient and deliver within two or three days.

Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy. All personal informmation you provide will be kept confidential. We will not share, transfer or sell your personal infromation unless required by law. You email address will only be used to communicate with you about Jumbo Giant orders, products and policies.

Returns & Replacements

To Get a Refund: We recommend contacting us prior to returning any merchandise, as we may be able to offer other options.We reserve the right to issue store credit (rather than a refund) for merchandise returned more than 60 days after it was received.If you are unhappy with the content of your order (for example, a problem with an image or text) we can provide product credits so you can fix the problem and place a new order. Please contact our customer service department to make the necessary arrangements. Merchandise with defects or shipping damage will be reprinted and reshipped at no charge.

Quality is very important to us, so we may ask you to return samples of defective merchandise for inspection. And if your order was damaged in transit, you may need to hold on to the damaged item for inspection by the shipping carrier. Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to our error. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow two to four weeks once we receive your return for your refund to be processed
